Kelly is a lifelong resident of Bel Air and graduated from Baltimore City Community College as a registered dental hygienist. Straight out of high school, Kelly started her dental career as a dental assistant. She was also a bartender and server in local restaurants. Kelly and her husband, Justin, love traveling to tropical beaches together. She also enjoys cooking, music, movies and watching and attending sporting events.
