PREVENTATIVE
We not only provide our patients with thorough dental cleanings, but also provide helpful tips to ensure the cavities stay away. The most important factor in keeping your teeth healthy is you!
FLUORIDE TREATMENT
Fluoride can help to remineralize, or strengthen, your teeth. For most patients, old and young, fluoride treatment is recommended every 6 months.
brushing
Of course, brushing is most effective when it is done twice a day, but what's the best way to do it? Click on the video link below to learn more!
Flossing
Flossing is the best way to keep your gums happy and healthy. The American Dental Association currently recommends flossing once daily. Click on the video link below to learn more about best flossing practices!
Anything else?
Mouthwash is a great addition to an oral health routine. Mouthwashes like Listerine help to combat the bacteria in your mouth that cause gum disease and cavities.

Use of a 'water flosser' like a Waterpik can be another good addition. These use a stream of water to knock off and flush out the plaque and bacteria that reside between your tooth and gums.

Interdental cleaners, like Proxabrushes, can be an effective supplement to flossing. These are used similar to how a toothpick is used, but are much softer and safer for your gums.
